One for All bug?

So I popped into a game of One For all, and our team chose . Now I've never played Kayne before and was already dreading it, but then the game loaded, and I saw this sh**storm. Not sure if this is on Riot's end or mine, but one other teammate said he had the same problem (Don't remember which one).
