Gameplay BUG Lane Minions

Had a game just a bit ago where a Jayce player was standing in my wave of lane minions, using his ranged aa to chip away at me. lane mobs didn't attack him. he wasn't poking, just standing there in my wave as i was very close to them also. i attacked him once and his started curb-stompin me. he and his minions did my entire health bar while my minions did nothing to help vs his ranged aa. enemy team responded by mocking the complaint and saying it worked in his favor so they don't care. gl hf players
