i play league for quite a while now and it always had its issues on Macs, i had High Sierra and it ran properly with some minor tweaks, then i decided to try out the new "mojave" and i would high recommend NOT to do so because it made my fps rate cap at 30-40 FPS. is there any solution or tweaks around this please?.
you just have to wait. Same thing happened to me when i updated to high sierra too early. the dev team just needs time to optimize for mojave
Just installed Mojave and it seems to have negatively affected performance. The FPS and ping still appear to be fine, but the mouse will get sluggish when there is a lot of action on the screen.
I'm not seeing any changes in FPS when playing. 2017 iMac is running at nearly 200fps.
Sigh my league is no longer working FML MOJAVE MESSED UP EVERYTHING!
No idea if you still have issues but capping the framerate at either 60 or 30 fixed it for my friend. Otherwise try to enable Vsync and software mouse (or disable it depending on what you have it on now)
i'm having the same issue i used to run uncapped just fine, now it ONLY works eat 30 fps, and that's barely. i don't like it
