League Crashing - Not being able to Reconnect

I've never has any issues like this while playing League, but after Teamfight Tactics has been introduced my game constantly crashes mid-game. It will freeze for about a second or two and then exit to the client where it asks me to reconnect. After pressing reconnect, the client blinks off screen for a second and asks to reconnect again. Sometimes it will exit to the home screen but there will be no menu options (Play, Store, Profile, Collection etc.) I'm wondering if there is a possible fix, or if this is a known bug? It's happening multiple times in every game I play and completely throws every one. It's bloody infuriating. [sg-shisa]
