Hi there, just transferred my old EU-W account to NA and the interface is so bugged, it's impossible to access my Runes, Masteries, Game History, Champions, everything really. It doesn't show up in my other NA account and I tried Repair and it yielded no results. Added some screenshots so you guys can see.
Send a ticket here http://support.riotgames.com/ Tell them exactly what's wrong, try reinstalling or repairing (or both).
And wow this is one hell of a bug!
After searching the boards a little, I found out some people have the exact same problem after transferring. Supposedly it's caused by the Match History not transferring over correctly, and this bug is avoided by not clicking on the Match History Tab until it's cleared of all matches that were played in the old region. So if anyone else has this problem, don't view your match history and you'll be able to access everything else, until you've played enough games to remove your old matches from the History. It's worked for me. Still, a very odd bug^^
