Shen's E (Taunt) Is Bugged [GAMEPLAY]

Played support Shen and when taunted Tristana she kept on attacking my ADC. It also didn't apply to the other champs. http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Shen Here it says that the taunt should last 1.5 seconds, but in my case it didn't even last 1 second. O.o? So, I can't peel for my ADC due to Shen's taunt being bugged and not working properly. This can cause me to not be able to save my team with a taunt, or save part of my team with a taunt, because it doesn't matter if I taunt if the other team can just attack my teammates when they should be attacking me (with reduced damage mind you, check that as well). It may not seem like a big problem, but when a skill is bugged, it bugs me (pun intended). Plus, I main support and this prevents me from setting up plays because I can't focus the enemies attention on me. They can just focus on my ADC. I hope this gets fixed soon. How will be able to taunt ?? O.o? Just saying.
