Didn't earn any IP from a game.

Just played a Blind pick and after 23 minutes they surrendered and at the end of the game i realized i didn't earn any IP, nor did the friend who played with me. Is this a bug or a glitch? What can i do to get the IP for the game? Is there any way riot helps or is this just going to be left like this?

Hmm sounds like /remake was used which means no one gains anything from the game.

This has happened to me before as well. I think it has something to do with the servers going down or maybe a new patch that just came out.
