Counterstrike doesn't block Shen's Ki strike

if shen attacks jax while marked jax takes full damage even during counterstrike repro Shen vs jax. Shen Q's Jax E's jax still will take damage

(not sure if intended but freakishly annoying) and yes I DID get rekt by a shen last game.
