Tahm Kench Teamkilling Bug.

So today I was playing a game with Tahm Kench, It seemed like any normal game, but then his ult started bugging up. I watched as my teammate hopped into his mouth for an ult, and it just activated his W. His ult almost stopped working all together as well. In almost every fight he would W someone, and it just seemed like it would screw them over, and thats when we Realized It broke his W as well, and started damaging Allies. I was up in the enemy jungle, and literally quadra killed the enemy team, then died to Yi. So in no way was this effected by enemies. > I looked down on the map saw Tahm Kench saving Lissandra from super minions, only to see her death at the top, after spitting her out dealt over 30% of her health in damage.
