hi, can someone please help. i keep getting an system error

I keep getting a system error when trying to start a lol game or even spectate a friends normal game. The error says: 'The program can't start because d3dx9_39.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem'. I have reinstalled lol twice and it still says this. I dont know what to do :(

You'll want to try updating or reinstalling DirectX:
