Missing Level 6 token

I recently got an S on Wukong and got him to level 5 that game and it gave me a level 6 token after completing it I linked the score for the game but now that I look into hextech It isn't showing my level 6 wukong token is this permanent or will I get it eventually?

You don't get a token for the game you hit 5 on. The little pop-up explaining what they are just seems like you got one.
