[GAMEPLAY] Ziggs Q Bomb Invisible

Description: I recently had a game with Ziggs after which I was told by the enemy players that my q bombs had been invisible to them the whole game long. I could still see them and i think my allies as well. I'm rather sure that i didn't do anything special that specifically caused this bug, so i cannot give any step by step instructions.

I was playing against a Master Arcanist Ziggs and I couldn't see any of his bombs at all. They were just little, tiny glimpses of light. I know what Master Arcanist Ziggs bombs are supposed to look like and they were not it.
