[CLIENT] Blade Queen Lissandra is in the wrong place

When searching for Lissandra skins, Blade Queen Lissandra is listed under a "Miscellaneous" section in between the "Master Yi" and "Miss Fortune" instead of under the "Lissandra" section. I currently do not own LIssandra as a champion if that has anything to do with it.

1. Click on "Click to browse the store"
2. Click on the "Skins" tab
3. Under "Filters", uncheck "Champion Owned" (since I don't own her; this may be different for people who do)
4. Under "Sort By", check "Champions"
5. Scroll down to the "Lissandra" section, notice "Blade Queen Lissandra" is not there.
6. Scroll down to a "Miscellaneous" section, find the "Blade Queen Lissandra" skin

I never really noticed this until I started looking for a new skin in Patch 4.21, but it always happens whenever I check.
