Legends of Runeterra [Gameplay Bug]

I played "Stand United" with Enlightened Karma in play which made it cast twice.

On the 2nd cast of the spell, it didn't swap Karma and Lux back and my "Pass" button became Grey as seen in the picture.

The match is stuck with the either of us being able to do anything and the timer is run out and stuck at 1 seconds left.

My "Insight of Ages" were still playable from hand but they got stuck as seen in the picture.
