[GAMEPLAY] Renekton R while W with 80~100 fury will make champion consume 100 fury

When casting renekton ultimate while animation he is using empowered W, renekton will use a total of 100 fury (50 at the start and 50 during animation) and deal the same damage as 1 empowered W. Assuming it is because renekton gains 20 fury when using ultimate and will consume 50 at the empowered W and during as well. Please fix to where the fury consumption is a total of 50 not 100. Wanted to link a youtube video from a streamer but did not due to not asking permission.
