Constant game crashes acrossed 3 computers

I have a 20 minute leave queue now because every game it either doesn't load at the beginning of the match and stays at 0% until I restart which then it doesn't load at all, crashes half way in the middle of a game, or crashes my whole computer. I am running a brand new computer that can run all games even VR such as Orbus, Beat Saber, the latest game titles on ultra, etc. without any problems. I also have a $2,600 laptop I'm using (Aurus X7v2) it's a tad outdated but shouldn't have any problems running league, as well as some random dell computer I've even tried. What is going on, because it does these things on ALL of these computers. This is getting ridiculous, and I'm tired of getting punished for something I cannot control at all. I've ran my BitDefender, I've bought Malwarebytes in the off chance it was on my end, but I looked it up and people are having the same problems and have been for over 9 months and riot hasn't said or done anything on the issue other than giving us long wait queues and banning.
