RP SCAM

Well to put it simple, 3 different support people assure me that they could help me transfer 1 RP code from LAN to NA once, since thats the only way i have to acquire RP atm, i provided all the info to them and its been long since i got an answer obviously i dont want to use the code in LAN i need it here so i cant know if that support member just scammed me, but i been everywhere and no one tells me anything and if im right today is the last day to buy the pass.

Can any Rioter step in please?
