Hi,

I came here for a bug in URF, while i was playing wukong. Just look this video, all are in this one.

I tried to disconnect and reconnect, but nothing change that problem, i wasn't able to use my ult after that.

So he presses ultimate, and it goes on cooldown but does nothing, in case that wasnt clear.
