Hello. i Got chat restriction for 25 Games And its done But still i cant get rewards for hextech crafting You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions ! my chat restriction is done why still i am ineligible to earn loot?! its a bug?!
Once you work off your punishment, you need to play for an amount of time with good behavior afterwards to be considered "reformed" by the system. Unfortunately, the amount of time it takes is unknown as it is different from player to player.
I believe you have to wait until Riot's system believes you are "Reformed" which can take a few months.
