Abilities not activating while holding down the space bar after SR update

Spend about 5 mins looking for something similar in the forums, and couldn't find anything related to this. So sorry if duplicated :P

Also not sure if this is the place to put this either...

I'm not sure if this is just that happens to me, but I play with my camera Lock off, so for most of the time i'm holding down the space bar to center my camera to my champion, but something that i have recently found since the new SR was released on the Live servers, my skills don't always activate while holding down the space bar when as to before, i never had a problem, also I've come across that my champion just stops moving at the most inappropriate times on Twisted Treeline, and just responding to all my commands, not sure if this is related to just TT or SR or anything but i just came across
