Ekko dash (E) Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I've noticed this happening a few times when i have the following items and i use my dash as ekko:

Sated Devourer (30 stacks) Guinsoo's Rageblade LichBane

I've had other item combinations for the last 3 items but these three seem to be the culprits (i think).

Essentially what happens is I take some damage (varying) after the blink part of the dash. At first i though it was from minions of a auto attack but i noticed it happening also when i used it on inhibitors with no enemy units nearby. I has also happened where I've accidentally nuked myself somehow using this bug.

anyone else experience this?
