Unable to Buy Academy Ahri
I am trying to buy the Academy Ahri skin but it keeps saying "we encountered an error handling your request. give it another shot." Can anyone help me with this issue? Please and thank you.

There's something going on with the Snowdown Shop that is preventing people from buying the discounted skins if:
1.) That skin is currently on sale in the store.
or
2.) The champion for the skin is currently on sale in the store (this only applies if you do not own the champion already).
As of right now, Ahri is currently on sale for 50% in the store, so if you do not own Ahri, this would be why you cannot make the purchase. Now, you can purchase Ahri for 50% off, and this should allow you to purchase the skin from the Snowdown Shop, or you can wait until she is no longer on sale to make the purchase, which would be on the 22nd.
