[GAMEPLAY] Sion -- Q and R

Hello. Had an issue recently in a game of ARAM with Sion. At some point in the game, his Q and R (abilities mapped to the mouse) refused to work. They would not activate on key press, nor on a click of the ability icon.

I first noticed the issue after using R to charge into the enemy team--I was unable to follow up with the Q knockup. The abilities did not reactivate after death.

The Q and R speed boost during the passive were unaffected.
