Mastery bug

Every time that I've tried to either edit or create a new mastery page it keeps saying that there was an unexpected error and when I get into game none of my masteries go through. I won't have a keystone active, nor will i get the stat bonuses from my masteries. I've tried repairing already but its still saying the error.
