Ranked 3v3's Queue

http://imgur.com/NE8pt8L so this has been happening for the last two patches and i have not seen anything addressing it. whenever i go into 3v3 ranked to make a queue, it creates the previous lobby i joined (its blank in the screenshot because i just logged in and havent played a game).

like, say i am in a ranked team with my friends 1, 2, 3, and 4. i go play a normal with 1, 2, and 3. i come to make a 3v3 ranked, and i can only invite friend 4, and when i exit inviting it shows the exact lobby i was in previously with 1,2, and 3 with whoever the lobby leader was before (not me even though i created the lobby originally).

If i WAS the lobby leader of the previous lobby, i could do a neat trick to get into a game: kick all of my friends (even though i didnt invite them to the 3v3 initially), make the lobby 3 more times, then invite my friends, then restart the lobby again, then invite them one last time. this is happening to all of my friends that i talk to as well.
