Reporting Riot for Crappy Updates & Excessive Banning

I want to know how I can formally report the updaters of this game. They update the game and caused the client to crash and then we the players get penalized because of it. This is not fair. Riot needs to get it together and revamp these bans especially when they occur in and around your own updates!
