Game never loaded

Made it through champion select. Never made it to the loading screen. Game tells me to reconnect, so I click the reconnect button and it just minimizes the game. When I open it again, it's still on the reconnect screen. No matter how many times I click it or restart the game, I'm stuck at the reconnect screen. My team is 4v5, I'll be getting reported for "leaving/AFK", and I can't even do anything about it.

@Riot: You seriously need to shut down your game until you find the connection issues with your 4.19 patch and fix them. You're only making your players angry by watching them struggle to make it through a single game with no disconnects.
