Skin bug in Champion select[Client]

Well i was in champion select after picking my champion i was looking at lee sins skins then the game started as it lagged me on skt t1 lee sin and i now have the skin usable but i did not purchase the skin grant i want and love the skin i ended up with and i wanted to let riot know
