Syndra sphere bug

sometimes when I use E or W onto Syndra's Dark Sphere (Q) they randomly appearing behind her. (as you can see in this video) I know that happens when she uses her ult for a brief time until they fire off to the selected targets but this bug happened to me multiple times on the last 3 weeks
