[GAMEPLAY]Tahm Kench/Heimer Turrets Bugged Interaction
When Tahm Kench uses his W on an enemy Heimerdinger turret, and spits it, the turret seems to fire (at least the laser) from the original position the turret was at despite being displaced from that position. Essentially, Heimer's turret becomes a long ranged sniper.
Step 1. Use Tahm Kench's W on an enemy Heimer turret. Step 2. Re-activate W to move the Heimer turret elsewhere. Step 3. Cry because the turret is still shooting you and your minions from it's new position.
This happened pretty consistently in a game I played against a Heimer before ranked queues were disabled for the ongoing instant recall bug.
