[GAMEPLAY] can't do ctrl+6 emote

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![WORKS NOW]!!!!!!!! When i try to do ctrl+6 on heimerdinger that's tier 5, it says i haven't unlocked the emote yet, before the latest patch i was able to do it. I've played two games so far and both games i wasn't able to do the emote

my friend also tried to do the ctrl+6 mastery emote when he was tier 4 mastery and it didn't let him either, it said he hasn't unlocked it yet. We also didn't have mastery badges in the loading page?
