When i Spell shield yasuo tornado i don't get knocked up, but i take damage from statik shiv as long as the tornado hits me 1st. if i spell shield the tornado after it goes through a minion or ally champ it doesn't deal any damage.

The first unit struck by his Q takes on hit effects. It's only after the first unit that its a spell, not an auto attack.
