Loading screen not appearing, game crashing

Lately I've been playing pretty regularly, and I've encountered this problem three times. I will go through champ select and move on to the loading screen, but the loading screen never appears. What does appear is a window letting me know that the game has crashed. So I close the client and re-log back in. However I am not receiving the prompt to return to the game, just sitting at the screen that says game still in progress, which results in me counting as afk for the match. This is leading to me getting tagged by leaverbuster, three times now. And it seems that as soon as the leaverbuster penalty time period has ended for my low priority queues have ended is when it glitches up again. I do not quit out on games, but now I'm up to a twenty minute penalty on my ranked matches, and I fear I will be banned if this continues. I've already submitted a bug report, but what else can I do?
