Morgana Support Frost Queen Bug

I was playing on morgana and noticed the gold effect from the AP support item does not proc the gold tribute with her Pool properly. The Pool Has 5 ticks of DMG that should prock the gold income butt right now only 1/2 of the ticks of dmg will give you gold.

Sadly it was activly changed to this. Its not a bug :/
