I was playing on morgana and noticed the gold effect from the AP support item does not proc the gold tribute with her Pool properly.
The Pool Has 5 ticks of DMG that should prock the gold income butt right now only 1/2 of the ticks of dmg will give you gold.

DarkRitual1 votesCorrect, there's an internal cooldown PER ABILITY of (I beleive) 1.25 seconds. Which means a single ability can not proc it more than once every 1.25 seconds. Snare+ Pool+Auto all occuring at once would proc all three though. Morgana was one of the biggest supports hit by the change. Lux plays pretty similar but works just as well with coin, since Spell + Auto + Passive is three different sources.
