Simple as it sounds. Cleanse doesnt free you from Malzahar ult.

Is this inentionally because cleanse is supposed to clear you from all debuffs and stuff like that I thought

Working as intended. Suppression is the only form of CC that you cannot activate that summoner spell. QQS that shit!

It doesn't get you out of suppression: Malz, Warwick and Skarner ults
