Champion capsule pop-up showed up after lvling up, but then it's not there in my inventory/crafting.

This happened many times, to me and to my brother too. The pop-up post game said, congratulations here is your champ capsule or w/e, then we go check the inventory and there is nothing.

Relogging doesn't work? Sometimes client just bugs out and doesn't update the loot tab.

i tried it, restarting the client didn't do anything.

Why don't you write to Riot support then?

i did this morning. Apparently, it's said to be a visual bugg. I got rewarded with blue essence not a capsule apparently. Who NOSE. just gonna suck it up i guess.
