LeaverBuster Problem

Lately I have been having a problem with the LeaverBuster system—anytime it would be my first time playing League in the day, when at the Loading Screen for Summoner's Rift I never make it and have to restart the Loading process. When I do this there IS a chance I still make it back in the game and I am 5 mins late to the game but other times my allies do a REMAKE and I'm punished for_ Leaving_ but I hadn't done anything. If I try to queue up for the next game I do make the process_ most_ times. Why am I being punished for something I can't control? And why is this problem happening? I'm not leaving on PUPROSE it's just not loading for me— I have been having this problem ever since this month.

Another unrelated note, if I leave for too many games, my punishment is 20 mins long— I understand that cause I have left games due to personal issues (Or for being flamed), is there any chance, that if I do stop leaving for a certain amount of time—can the punishment decrease?

Ive been wondering the exact same thing, im on my 5th 20 minute punishment and im getting zero help. Im starting to wonder if this is deliberate or if the company is just too busy worrying about the massive scandal there to deal with this obvious bug.
