Legends of Runeterra missing progression

Hi there,

I started playing in the first wave of the beta or whatever it was called for you and unlocked quiet some champions and other cards, created a few decks and had fun playing them. Now the new week of testing started and my decks weren´t playable anymore, because cards were missing. The wildcards were still at a number that I imagine was correct, since I never used common wildcards and they were still at 50 just as rare and epics since the card packs you get in the beginning gave me a ton of stuff to play around with.

Now these bonusses are gone, my progression got reset to start BUT the progression on my factions is where it was, so I cannot get the cards anymore other than spending wildcards, which I did for 2 decks, but It might be a bug others have experienced as well. Now I also can´t make other decks to fiddle around with, because all the Championwildcards are gone by now and most decks are buildt around them which also means I won´t play it anymore for the rest of the test phase.

I hope you can find out where this bug comes from and maybe you can reset my account completly, so I would need to regain set bonusses... I would not mind to be totally honest :D
