Shyvana recall bug

So, this bug happens often to me, and it can really screw me over to lose minions top because of the + 8 sec recall. Can rito do something to fix this? :(

EDIT: This video clip was from a LAN in the final game 2 BO3. Then you think, poppy support?! Well yes, we really tried to do our best in game 1, but we just got stomped and rekt, so both of us just wanted to troll game 2 and have some fun out of it. :D
