Garen's Decisive Strike (Q) doesn't deal damage to teemo mushrooms or Jhin traps

This is replicatable in every instance you attempt to damage a visable teemo mushroom or jhin trap with your Q, only leaving you to have to fully autoattack them as Garen.

This is a big issue as now teemo is meta, having to deal with issues like this add unnecessary troubles.

Only started noticing this during preseason.
