dear riot. Today i reached my promotions to diamond 4 and suddenly a bug happend during champion select. I was first pick but i had a black screen and couldn't do anything. Because of this, i couldn't pick a champ/ban/type in chat or do anything else in champion select. Because of this i lost my first promotion. Can you please undo this? i've taken some screenshots to prove it. Plz let me love you again.

I dont see proof of the chat thing or the bans, they wont give you back a match if you dont have proof of exactly what you said.

yh. i've found a lot of bugs in riot already. i print screen them all. the name was familiar, that's why ;)
by the way. you can clearly see that i've not cheated the results because if you look at the screenshot with name : leaguebug2.png you can see i still have my hotstreak and have one loss in my ranking.
