Morgana ult not pingable with new pings

I just realized in my last game that because ult is not castable without enemies in range, it is also un-pingable with the new ready pings. This obviously isn't game breaking but qol it would be nice if it was possible to let the team know that my ult is ready, since it will let them know why I'm going in.
