Camera is unuasable

So whenever i use SHIFT + anything else the camera becomes unusable. It is hard to explain but more or less any movement of the mouse will make the entire screen shift to that side of the map almost instantly. I tried restoring default settings, repairing the client, restarting my comp, and pretty much every trick in the book. However, it still happens and it forces me to play on lock screen. Sigh wish the client didn't have some game breaking issue seemingly every other week..........
