15 min first time dodge because of ARAM glitch, thanks

So my husband and I were about to start ARAM when I went to reroll Kayle. The game made the noise to reroll, but nothing happened. My reroll button was faded out with the roll still being there. He tried to trade me and I accepted but it was still Kayle, and he still had Jinx. The game was about to start and I was stuck, so I opted to dodge. THIS IS MY FIRST DODGE IN A VERY LONG TIME, WHY AM I BEING HIT WITH 15 MINUTES, ON TOP OF HAVING TO LEAGUE BECAUSE YOUR DAMN GAME IS BROKEN??????????
