Recently i was playing the devil himself Teemo I noticed when i went to the shop, i purchased the wrong item. Then Teemo went invisible from his passive. It proc'd a bug were i was not able to refund my item, because i went invisible, pretty major bug that needs to be fixed asap please riot.

Someone probably tripped on a mushroom and you dealt damage, thus removing your ability to refund.
