HELP PLEASE its a problume i see people have had similar problems but not the same

Whenever i open league of legends my desktops backround and all the icons and... well everything gets bigger i can change it back by changing the resolutiong of my computer screen back to normal but i have to do this everytime i open league of legends. its annoying a hassle and i want to know how to fix it. im not sure how it came to be this way since yesterday it worked just fine but now its not and i cant think of what i might have done to create this issue. its the same for in game this is a problume that iv seen others had but nobodys solution helped me. im okey with restating solutions maybe i havent seen them all. but essentially in game the health bars are reaally big the champions and minions are really small the mini map is so blown up that even though im top mid looks like they are right next to me and the champion icons on the mini map cover up most of it so map awareness becomes zero and even when i change the in-game setting back to default it doesnt change a thing please help. thank you
