Cant play summoner rift map no matter custom nor p v p

when me and my friend selected our champions, our monitor turned black and couldnt connect to the game, afterward, the system said we had left the game(afk). At first, we thought it was our network problem, but we could play other map. When we wanted to try custom, we turned black screen again.
