9 Inferno bug with only 8 people on board. TFT

Hey there, I just got done with a match of normal tft where when I was lvl 8 and put the "Inferno Spatula" item on singed and swapped him out with my Inferno Qiyana, it changed my inferno count from 8 to 9. While I was still lvl 8. Then when I got to lvl 9 and put 9 inferno units out I had 10 infernos. I didnt have the "Force of Nature" item and I only had 9 people on the board.

I meant to screen shot the lvl 8/9 Inferno too but it didnt screenshot for some reason
