Twitch Prime Loot is not claimable

I have already found a few discussions about this topic, and am not looking for a solution from the community (Unless anyone has any, because as of late this problem seems unfix-able) I am hoping to catch the attention of people who can fix this, just in case they are unaware of the problem that some people are having. Personally I cannot claim the first free skin that comes with having twitch prime. I have un-linked and re-linked my account several times, and even tried a separate twitch prime account, but nothing has changed, I still only get a spinning loading circle that spins and spins forever until my computer turns off, after I hit the Claim Now button. If anyone has found a solution, please do let me know.
