Cant get into my game of league!?!??!?!??

Ok this better not give me a penalty for not being in the game i already know im going to lose lp for a fucking BS reason. When me and my friend got into a ranked him it wouldnt let me connect to the loading screen. So i restared my league 3 FUCKING times and everytime i clicked reconnect it wouldnt do anything it would show a block screen then bring me back to the reconnect option........................... So then i restarted me pc logged back into league and clicked recconect but NOPE the same thing kept happening,,,,,,,,,,,,,, so if i get a ban timer i fucking swear riot fix your problems plz because half the time people get ban timers its because they cant even connect.......... already bad enough im losing lp.
